With Francisca Mosele , creator of Nutrition ThinkingĀ® and Head of Nutrition ThinkingĀ® Co. Nutritionist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) with more than 15 years of clinical experience, Specialist in Clinical Nutrition from the Brazilian Society of Nutrition, Specialization in Positive Psychology from PUCRS, XBA International Certification - Exponential Executive Training STARTSE NOVA SBE , Professional Coach and DISC Behavior Analyst by the Latin American Coach Society (SLAC). Master's in Physiology and Doctorate in Epidemiology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, part of renowned research groups and projects, having won the Henri NestlĆ© Prize (3rd place) and received the Recognition Homage by UFRGS. Part of book chapters, international publications and groups of reviewers, she is a professor at the Postgraduate Program in Nutrition, Healthy Eating and Entrepreneurship at PUCRS and a member of the working group of the ROAD program aimed at the development of early stage startups at Tecnopuc.
